Newsletter number 5
Dear Sir/Madam,
We are happy to send you this 5th issue of our newsletter following the release of two new products, a JFI technical note, plus a video and take this opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, full of success and prosperity.
New products
This time we come up with new packagings for our blood reagent:
BLUESTAR® FORENSIC TABLETS - 8 APPLICATIONS
for actual crime scenes or labs, and
BLUESTAR® FORENSIC "TRAINING" - 8 APPLICATIONS,
a cheaper version usable only for training purposes.
In these versions, 8 pairs of tablets are stored in tubes and can be used in up to 8 times or combined to make a greater quantity of reagent at once. A very compact, lightweight and affordable product.
New publication in the JFI
The Journal of Forensic Identification has published another technical note about BLUESTAR® FORENSIC in its 56 (6), 2006 issue - pp 906-912, by Tina Young, MFS, Instructor at the Grossmont College - El Cajon, CA, USA : "A Photographic Comparison of Luminol, Fluorescein, and Bluestar". Download the article.
Learn to use Bluestar® with our video
We invite you to download our instructional video from our web site. This 47-minute video will show you how to use BLUESTAR® FORENSIC on a crime scene. Correct blood search procedure and methods are demonstrated through the search of a crime scene inside a house by an expert investigator.
We hope you will enjoy this video and again wish you the best for 2007.
Yours sincerely,
Jean-Marc LEFEBVRE-DESPEAUX
President
