Le technicien pulv\u00e9rise la mixture \u00e0 une distance minimale de 50 cm. Une luminescence bleut\u00e9e indique un r\u00e9sultat positif. Cette luminescence commence \u00e0 dispara\u00eetre au bout d\u2019une minute mais peut \u00eatre renouvel\u00e9e en pulv\u00e9risant \u00e0 nouveau.<\/li><li>Le technicien doit recommencer cette m\u00eame proc\u00e9dure sur une zone non souill\u00e9e de la m\u00eame surface afin de r\u00e9aliser un contr\u00f4le n\u00e9gatif.<\/li><li>Les tests de confirmation sont \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter sur place avec le test BLUESTAR<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> OBTI. Les tests d\u2019ADN sont \u00e0 effectuer en laboratoire. L\u2019utilisation d\u2019un flash n\u2019est pas conseill\u00e9e du fait que l\u2019obscurit\u00e9 totale n\u2019est pas facile \u00e0 obtenir et ne permet pas au technicien de se mouvoir facilement dans la pi\u00e8ce. L\u2019appareil photo doit \u00eatre fix\u00e9 sur un tr\u00e9pied, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence avant de proc\u00e9der au traitement par le BLUESTAR\u00ae FORENSIC, ceci afin de limiter le nombre de
