L&#8217;examen des taches de sang es de grand int\u00e9r\u00eat dans la reconstruction des sc\u00e8nes de crime et l&#8217;identification potentielle des sujets et des victimes et leur lien avec une sc\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;examen des taches de sang est d&#8217;une immense valeur dans la reconstitution des sc\u00e8nes de crime et l&#8217;identification potentielle des sujets et des victimes et leur lien avec une sc\u00e8ne. Lorsque les sc\u00e8nes de crime se d\u00e9roulent \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur, l&#8217;identification des traces de sang peut devenir difficile \u00e0 l&#8217;\u0153il nu.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectif de cette recherche \u00e9tait de mener des examens du r\u00e9actif Bluestar\u00ae pour d\u00e9terminer s&#8217;il pouvait d\u00e9tecter avec succ\u00e8s du sang sur des sites ext\u00e9rieurs apr\u00e8s une exposition prolong\u00e9e aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments et si <br>le sang identifi\u00e9 pouvait produire un profil ADN.<\/p>\n<p>Bluestar\u00ae fait de la publicit\u00e9 pour sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9v\u00e9ler des taches de sang qui <br>qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lav\u00e9es, essuy\u00e9es, ou qui sont invisibles \u00e0 l&#8217;\u0153il nu. Pour cette recherche, environ 0,5 oz de sang humain a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9 \u00e0 la surface du sol de 30 parcelles \u00e0 tester sur 10 intervalles de temps jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 45 jours.<\/p>\n<p>A chaque intervalle, un \u00e9chantillon de sol et un coton-tige de la surface de la parcelle ont \u00e9t\u00e9 collect\u00e9s pour des tests ADN ult\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 une r\u00e9action positive de Bluestar\u00ae \u00e0 tous les intervalles de l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience. Les profils ADN ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de coton-tiges alors que le sang \u00e9tait visible \u00e0 l&#8217;\u0153il nu. Certains des \u00e9chantillons de sol ont renvoy\u00e9 des profils faibles qui n&#8217;ont pas pu \u00eatre corr\u00e9l\u00e9s au donneur.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude d\u00e9montrent que m\u00eame s&#8217;il y a un retard dans la localisation d&#8217;une sc\u00e8ne de crime en ext\u00e9rieur, l&#8217;application de Bluestar\u00ae est un outil fiable dans le cadre de l&#8217;identification de la victime.
