This compact, lightweight product provides tablets for preparing from 125 ml up to 500 ml (4 to 16 oz) of BLUESTAR® Forensic working solution.
Each box contains four pairs of tablets, allowing the investigator to prepare either four individual 125 ml (4 oz) applications or one single 500 ml (16 oz) volume.
A positive chemiluminescent reaction indicates the probable presence of blood, even when the stain is invisible or has been cleaned.
BLUESTAR® Forensic reacts with all types of blood.
To confirm whether the blood is of human origin, a BLUESTAR® Identi-HEM® or BLUESTAR® OBTI test may be used.
