The BLUESTAR® Forensic Full Kit provides crime scene investigators with a complete and reliable solution for detecting invisible traces of blood.
Simply add the tablets, swirl, and spray. A positive chemiluminescent reaction indicates a strong likelihood of blood presence — even if the stain is old, erased, or washed.
BLUESTAR® Forensic reacts with all types of blood.
To confirm human origin, use BLUESTAR® Identi-HEM® or BLUESTAR® OBTI rapid immunochromatographic tests.
Final confirmation is conducted later in a forensic laboratory.

BLUESTAR® Forensic is a luminol-based reagent for detecting minute or thoroughly washed blood traces, even after cleaning with detergent or at high dilutions.
It produces a bright blue chemiluminescent glow upon contact with blood, visible to the naked eye with no need for total darkness.
The reagent is non-destructive to DNA and can be applied to all surfaces, including metal, plastic, and fabric.
BLUESTAR® Forensic reveals extremely diluted or concealed blood traces, even on cleaned or porous materials.
Its reaction is stable, intense, and long-lasting, ensuring sufficient time for observation and photography.
Certain food residues or chemical substances may produce false positives.
Proper training is essential to distinguish between true blood reactions and misleading ones.

- 3 oxidant tablets
- 1 bottle of 500 ml (16oz) of chemiluminescent solution
- 1 adjustable spray head
- 1 instruction sheet
- Dissolve the 3 oxidant tablets in the 500 ml bottle of solution.
- Screw on the spray head and adjust as needed.
- Spray onto the surface to be examined.
- Store in a dark place.
- In a dry place between 4°C and 30°C (39°F to 86°F).
