This compact and lightweight product provides tablets to prepare between 125 ml and 1 liter (4 oz to 32 oz) of BLUESTAR® Forensic working solution.
Each pack allows the investigator to prepare either eight individual 125 ml (4 oz) applications or one single 1 liter (32 oz) batch using all the tablets at once.
A positive chemiluminescent reaction indicates the probable presence of blood, including stains that are invisible or have been cleaned.
BLUESTAR® Forensic reacts with all types of blood.
To confirm whether the blood is of human origin, the investigator may use a BLUESTAR® Identi-HEM® or BLUESTAR® OBTI test.

- Two plastic tubes containing tablets: one tube with oxidant tablets and one tube with reagent tablets.
- 1 instruction sheet
- Dissolve one tablet from each plastic tube (white: oxidant and beige: reagent) in a 125 ml sprayer (not supplied).
- Screw on the spray head
- Spray on the surface to be examined
- Store in a dry, dark place between 4°C and 30°C (39°F to 86°F).
